• Customers may cancel their order within 12 hours of placing the order.

• Cancellation within this 12-hour window is completely free of charge.

After 12 Hours

• Orders cannot be cancelled after 12 hours from the time of purchase.

• After this period, the order is automatically processed and prepared for shipping.

• Once shipped, the product cannot be cancelled.

Important Notes

• If cancellation is approved within 12 hours, any prepaid amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

• Refund processing time may take 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• AUREV reserves the right to cancel any order in case of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.
