AUREV MEN Color Warranty

At AUREV MEN, we are committed to delivering premium-quality men's jewelry crafted for everyday wear. Our color warranty reflects our confidence in the durability and finish of our products.

1-Year Color Warranty

Selected AUREV MEN products are covered by a 1-Year Color Warranty from the date of delivery.

If the product experiences significant color fading under normal usage conditions within the warranty period, we will provide one (1) complimentary replacement after inspection and verification of the claim.

5-Year Color Warranty (Eligible Products Only)

Eligible products are covered by a 5-Year Color Warranty from the date of delivery.

If the original color fades significantly during the warranty period under normal usage conditions, we will provide one (1) complimentary replacement after verification of the warranty claim.

Warranty Conditions

  • This warranty is valid only for manufacturing defects and abnormal color fading under normal use.

  • The warranty includes one-time replacement only during the applicable warranty period.

  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation or invoice) is required to process any warranty claim.

  • All warranty claims are subject to inspection and approval by the AUREV MEN support team.

What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

  • Exposure to chemicals, perfumes, deodorants, cleaning agents, or other harsh substances.

  • Scratches, dents, physical damage, accidental impact, misuse, or improper storage.

  • Alterations, resizing, polishing, or repairs carried out by unauthorized third parties.

  • Normal wear and tear from regular use.

  • Loss or theft of the product.

Warranty Claim Process

To submit a warranty claim, please contact AUREV MEN Customer Support with:

  • Your order number or proof of purchase.

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue.

Once your request is received, our team will inspect the claim. If approved, one replacement will be issued in accordance with this warranty policy.

AUREV MEN reserves the right to inspect the product and make the final decision on all warranty claims.
