Return & Refund Policy – AUREV

Thank you for shopping with AUREV.

We offer a 5-Day Return Policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

⚠️ Important: We do not accept return requests on the 6th day under any circumstances.


1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If the above conditions are not met, the return may be rejected.


2. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Products (100% Refund Guarantee)

You are eligible for a 100% refund if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is not working

  • You receive the wrong item

Important (Mandatory Step)

You must send:

  • Clear images of the product

  • Image of the bill/receipt

After verification:

  • 📦 Pickup will be arranged within 3 days

  • 💰 Refund will be initiated within 3–4 working days after pickup

  • Refund will be processed to your UPI number or original payment method

4. Return Time & Refund Time

Return Pickup Time: Within 3 days
Refund Processing Time: 3–4 working days after pickup

Please note: Banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect the refund.


5. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges.

If you want a different product:

  1. Return the original item

  2. Once approved, place a new order separately


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

7. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item:

  • It will be inspected

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection

  • If approved, refund will be processed

AUREV reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy conditions.
