Return & Exchange Policy – AUREV

Thank you for shopping with AUREV.

We offer a 5-Day Exchange Policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request an exchange.

⚠️ Important: We do not accept exchange requests on the 6th day under any circumstances.

1. Eligibility for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in original condition

  • Tags must be attached

  • The product must be in original packaging

  • You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)

If the above conditions are not met, the exchange request may be rejected.

2. Damaged, Wrong or Defective Products

You are eligible for an exchange if:

  • The product is damaged

  • The product is not working

  • You receive the wrong item

Important (Mandatory Step)

You must send:

  • Clear images of the product

  • Image of the bill/receipt

⚠️ Sending product images along with the bill on WhatsApp is mandatory for processing your exchange request.

After verification:

📦 Pickup will be arranged within 3 days

Once the product passes inspection, a replacement product will be dispatched.

3. Exchange Process

To start an exchange:

Once approved:

  • Your product will be picked up within 3 days

  • After pickup and inspection, the replacement product will be shipped

4. Exchange Time

  • Exchange Pickup Time: Within 3 days

  • Replacement Dispatch Time: 3–4 working days after pickup and inspection

5. No Refund Policy

⚠️ AUREV does not provide refunds under any circumstances.

Only exchanges are available within 5 days of delivery.

6. Non-Exchangeable Items

We do not accept exchanges for:

  • Perishable goods

  • Personalized/customized products

  • Personal care goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible, please contact us before requesting an exchange.

7. Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your returned item:

  • It will be inspected

  • You will be notified about approval or rejection

  • If approved, a replacement product will be processed

AUREV reserves the right to refuse exchanges that do not meet our policy conditions.
