At AUREV MEN, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of our jewellery. This Kada is backed by a 2-Year Warranty covering the exterior finish and plating under normal usage conditions.

What is Covered?

• ✔ Exterior gold finish/plating
• ✔ Manufacturing defects related to the outer surface
• ✔ Quality issues affecting the external appearance under normal use

What is Not Covered?

• ✘ The inner surface (inside of the Kada) is not covered under warranty.

Why is the Inner Surface Excluded?

The inner surface of the Kada remains in constant contact with the wrist, resulting in continuous friction against the skin, sweat, clothing, and daily movements. Over time, this natural wear can gradually affect the finish on the inside. Since this is a normal consequence of regular use and not a manufacturing defect, it is excluded from the warranty.

Warranty Terms

• The warranty applies only to products purchased from AUREV MEN or our authorized sales channels.
• Damage caused by misuse, accidents, improper care, chemical exposure, unauthorized repairs, or normal wear and tear is not covered.
• Minor scratches, dents, and discoloration caused by everyday use are considered normal wear and are not covered under warranty.
• Proof of purchase is required to make a warranty claim.
